Terms of Service

Last updated June 14, 2026

These terms explain the deal between you and Bleui. In plain language: Bleui is an AI agent that listens to what you need, finds and prepares purchases, and waits for you to approve each one. You stay in control of your money and your keys, and you approve every purchase yourself. By joining the waitlist or using Bleui, you agree to what follows.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bleui. They cover your use of the Bleui waitlist, early access program, app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By signing up, getting access, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We have tried to keep this readable, but if anything is unclear you can always reach us at hello@bleui.app.

Who can use Bleui

To use Bleui you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) and able to enter into a binding contract. You also agree to use Bleui only where it is legal to do so.

If you use Bleui on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Early access and pre-launch nature

Bleui is in a pre-launch, early access stage. The waitlist gives you a place in line; it does not guarantee access by any date, in any region, or at all. We may invite users in stages and may pause or close the waitlist at any time.

Because the Service is still being built, features can change, break, or disappear, and availability is not guaranteed. Some capabilities described on our site or in our materials may not be live yet, may be limited to certain regions or languages, or may behave differently than described. We appreciate your patience as we refine things.

What Bleui does and does not do

You tell Bleui what you need, by voice or text, in English, Arabic (including Egyptian, Saudi, and Gulf dialects), or a mix of both. Bleui then finds options, compares them, and prepares a purchase for you. It does not act on its own: every purchase requires your explicit approval, one at a time.

  • Bleui is not a bank and does not take deposits or pay interest.
  • Bleui is not a money transmitter and does not move, remit, or exchange money on your behalf.
  • Bleui does not hold your funds. Your wallet is non-custodial, which means you, not Bleui, control it.
  • Bleui is an assistant that prepares actions you choose to approve. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Your account, wallet, and keys

Your Bleui wallet is non-custodial: you control your own keys, and Bleui never takes custody of them or of your funds. This gives you full control, and it also makes you responsible for keeping your keys, recovery phrase, and device safe.

Please understand that if you lose your keys or recovery phrase, we cannot recover them for you, and access to the assets they control may be lost permanently. Keep your credentials private, use the security features available to you, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You can read more about how we protect the Service on our Security page.

Purchases and per-transaction approval

When Bleui prepares a purchase, it shows you what it found so you can review it. Nothing is bought until you give explicit, per-transaction approval with a tap. The agent never spends autonomously.

A purchase is a sale between you and the merchant. Bleui is not a party to that sale.Pricing, availability, delivery, returns, warranties, and the quality of goods and services are between you and the merchant, and are subject to the merchant's own terms. When you approve a payment, your card details go straight to our payment processor's vault and are tokenized there; Bleui never sees or stores your raw card numbers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • use Bleui for anything illegal, fraudulent, or designed to deceive others;
  • buy or attempt to buy items that are prohibited by law, by a merchant, or by our payment processors;
  • try to break, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its security or approval steps;
  • use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others, or to upload content you do not have the right to share;
  • use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service, or resell access without our permission.

If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend, or end your access to keep the Service and other people safe.

Fees and pricing

Bleui is free to start. We expect to offer paid plans in the future with additional features. If we introduce a charge that applies to you, we will make the price and terms clear before you are asked to pay, and you can choose whether to continue.

Separately, merchants set the prices of the things you buy, and your payment provider or network may apply its own fees. Those are not set by Bleui.

Intellectual property

Bleui, including its name, logo, app, design, and software, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as these Terms allow.

Content you create in Bleui, such as the answers, receipts, and finds you save into Collections, remains yours. You give us the permission we need to host and process that content so we can run the Service for you.

AI output disclaimer

Bleui uses AI, and may rely on third-party AI model providers and payment processors, to understand your requests and prepare purchases. AI can make mistakes. It may misunderstand you, surface the wrong product, or get a price or detail wrong.

That is exactly why you approve each purchase yourself. Please review what Bleui prepares before you tap to approve. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. You are responsible for the decisions you confirm.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleui and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or funds, arising from your use of the Service. This includes losses tied to a purchase you approved, a merchant's actions, or the loss of your keys.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Termination

You can stop using Bleui at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we need to for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.

Because your wallet is non-custodial, ending your Bleui account does not affect your control of your own keys and assets. Sections that should reasonably survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, continue to apply after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bleui is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will tell you the specific governing law and venue before or at general launch. Where the law gives you mandatory consumer protections in your home country, those protections still apply to you.

Changes to these terms

As Bleui grows, we may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after an update takes effect, that means you accept the revised Terms.
