Bleui is an AI agent for your money. You say or type what you need, and it finds, compares, and prepares purchases for you to approve. To do that well, we handle some of your information carefully and on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language, because trust matters more to us than legal cover.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Bleui app, our waitlist and early access program, and our website. It describes how we treat information when you join the waitlist, set up your account, talk to the agent, and approve purchases. It does not cover the separate practices of the third parties we rely on, such as payment processors or AI model providers, each of which has its own policy.
A quick orientation point: Bleui is not a bank and not a money transmitter. Your wallet is non-custodial, which means you hold your own keys and we never hold your funds. That design shapes a lot of what follows.
Information we collect
We keep collection narrow and tied to what the agent needs to work for you:
- Account details. Things like your name, email, phone number, and waitlist or early access status, so we can create and secure your account and reach you.
- The voice or text you give the agent. The requests you speak or type, such as "find me a flight to Cairo next week," so the agent can understand and act on them.
- Transaction metadata. Details about purchases you prepare and approve, such as merchant, amount, date, and status. This lets the agent confirm what you asked for and keep your history straight.
- Device and usage information. Basic technical data such as device type, app version, language settings, and how features are used, so we can keep the app stable and secure.
What we do not collect or store
Some information is intentionally kept out of our reach. When you add a card, the card number goes straight to our payment processor's vault and is replaced with a token. Bleui never sees or stores raw card numbers.
Because your wallet is non-custodial, we do not hold your private keys and we do not custody your funds. We also do not sell your personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from your requests.
How we use your information
We use what we collect for a short, specific list of purposes:
- To fulfill your requests. Understanding what you ask for, then finding, comparing, and preparing purchases for your approval.
- To run the agent. Operating the core features, including saving answers, receipts, and finds as objects in your Collections.
- To keep it secure. Detecting fraud and abuse, protecting accounts, and confirming that every purchase carries your explicit approval.
- To improve it. Diagnosing problems and making the agent more accurate and useful over time.
Voice and text input handling
Bleui is voice-first and supports English and Arabic, including Egyptian, Saudi, and Gulf dialects, as well as mixed English and Arabic in the same sentence. When you speak or type, we process that input to interpret your intent and carry out the request you made.
We use your voice and text input to serve your requests, not to listen in on you. The agent acts only on what you ask, and it never spends on its own: every purchase requires your explicit, per-transaction approval.
AI processing and the providers we rely on
To turn your words into action, Bleui relies on third parties for two distinct jobs, and each receives only what it needs:
- AI model providers. They receive the relevant portion of your voice or text request so the agent can understand it and respond. We pass them what is needed to answer you, not your card details.
- Payment processors. They receive card and payment data directly and hold it in their secure vault. They handle the actual movement of money once you approve a purchase, while we stay non-custodial.
We rely on these providers solely to fulfill your requests, and we share with them only what each job requires.
When we share information
We share information in a limited set of situations:
- With service providers. The AI model providers, payment processors, and infrastructure vendors that help us operate, each bound to use the data only to provide their service.
- With your direction. When you approve a purchase or ask the agent to act with a merchant, the information needed to complete that request goes where you have told it to go.
- For legal reasons. When we are legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Bleui.
Data retention and Collections
In Bleui, everything becomes an object: answers, receipts, and finds can be saved into Collections. Items you save stay in your account until you delete them or close your account, because they are yours to keep and reuse.
For everything else, we keep information only as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and keep the app secure. When a purpose ends, we delete or anonymize the related data.
Your choices and rights
You can access the information tied to your account, request an export of it, and ask us to delete your account and associated data. You can also edit or remove items in your Collections at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make any of these requests, contact us at hello@bleui.app and we will help.
Security
We protect your information with tokenized card handling, a non-custodial wallet design, encryption, and a per-transaction approval step that keeps you in control of every payment. For a fuller picture of how we safeguard your account and money, see our Security page. To report a concern, email hello@bleui.app.
Children
Bleui is built for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required to hold a financial account in their region. If you believe a child has used Bleui, contact us and we will remove the information.
International users and the Arabic-speaking region
Bleui is designed with the Arabic-speaking region in mind, and the agent works in English, Arabic dialects, and a mix of the two. If you use Bleui from outside the country where our providers operate, your information may be processed in other locations as part of delivering the service.
Wherever your data travels, we apply the same care and the same limits described in this policy, and we work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
Changes to this policy
As Bleui moves from early access toward launch, this policy may change. When we make a meaningful update, we will revise the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Bleui after an update means you accept the current version.
